Mid century folding sofabed by Jindrich Halabala, 1950s

This folding sofabed with storage space was designed by the famous Czechoslovak architect Jindřich Halabala in the 1950´s. Very attractive and simple design. The construction is of solid wood with walnut veneer. Overall in very good condition, showing slight signs of age and use. Upholstery is in original preserved condition without any damage.
