We ship our products worldwide using professional carriers and logistics partners experienced in handling vintage furniture and large design objects.

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the size, weight, destination, and handling requirements of each item. The final shipping price is shown at checkout or confirmed individually for custom shipments.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier availability, customs processing, and other factors outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other external events.

Large and heavy items may require specialized handling, freight shipping, or curbside delivery. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, delivery does not include carrying items into the property, installation, or assembly.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring access for delivery. Any additional costs caused by incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or restricted access (such as narrow staircases or limited entry) are the responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage to the packaging or item must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery and reported to us without delay. Claims for transport damage may not be accepted if damage is reported after delivery without carrier notation.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If an order is returned or delivery is refused, any shipping, return shipping, storage, or handling costs incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount.
