We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and adequately packaged for transport. Proof of purchase is required.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain items cannot be returned, including special orders, personalized items, sale items, and gift cards.
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we may deduct any actual costs already incurred, including packaging, handling, and transportation arrangements.
Under European Union consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
In the event of a return under the 14-day cooling-off period:
– The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
– Due to the nature of large and heavy items, return shipping costs may be significant and are calculated individually.
– The original outbound shipping cost will be refunded only up to the value of the least expensive standard delivery option offered at checkout.
– Any additional shipping services selected by the customer are non-refundable.
Returned items must be packaged adequately for transport. Any damage caused by insufficient packaging during return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order.
