Mid-Century Coat Racks by Drevokov, Set of 2, 1960s Czechoslovakia, Vintage Wall Mounted Hall Hooks
These identical hall coat racks were made in the former Czechoslovakia in the 1960s and produced by DREVOTVAR. Material: plywood, wood, leatherette, metal. It can be mounted on the wall or laid freely on the floor. It is a characteristic example of Czechoslovak furniture design in connection with the so-called Brussels period. This period began with the huge success of the Czechoslovak Pavilion at the world-famous EXPO in Brussels in 1958. The coat rack is in very good original condition, showing signs of age and using. Price is for one piece.
