An elegant large round bentwood dining table by Gebrüder Thonet or J. & J. Kohn, two of the most influential furniture manufacturers of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.
Dating from around 1900–1930, the table features a veneered plywood top on a sculptural bentwood beechwood base, reflecting the transition from late Secessionist style to early Functionalism. In very good vintage condition, structurally stable with light wear consistent with age.
