A striking coffee table with a clean, modernist design, combining tubular metal construction with a high-gloss tabletop. Its balanced proportions and reflective surfaces give it a refined and timeless character. This table was made in former Czechoslovakia during the 1930s, reflecting early modernist design influences.
Constructed from plywood, beech plywood, and seamless chromium steel tube. The piece has been fully renovated - the chromed parts have been cleaned and polished, and the tabletop has been refinished in a high-gloss polyurethane finish in its original color tone. The table remains in good condition, with slight signs of age and use visible on the chrome.
