Set of Four H-214 Chairs by Jindřich Halabala, Walnut, 1950s
Code: 11374

Product detailed description
We offer a set of four dining chairs, model H-214, designed by prominent Czech designer Jindřich Halabala (1903–1978). These were produced by the United Arts and Crafts Factories in Brno during the 1950s, based on a model originally created in the late 1930s.
The chairs feature bent walnut wood construction with a distinct flared shield-shaped backrest. Seats are upholstered in the original red fabric with a delicate floral pattern. The style bridges Czech functionalism and early modernism.
Chairs are in original, good condition, with signs of use and minor upholstery wear consistent with age. Sold as a set of four.
