Set of 4 Dining Chairs by Antonín Šuman, Czechoslovakia, 1960s
This elegant set of four dining chairs was designed by Antonín Šuman and produced in the former Czechoslovakia during the 1960s. The design reflects the modernist aesthetic of the era, with clean lines, a light profile, and the contrast between warm wood veneer and upholstery.
Each chair features a signature curved plywood backrest with a central cut-out, supported by tapered legs. The seats have been newly reupholstered in a tasteful green and beige fabric combination. The chairs are in very good vintage condition with only minor signs of age and use.
