Bauhaus Wardrobe with Chrome Details, Bohemia, 1930s
A Bauhaus wardrobe with elegant chrome elements, produced in former Czechoslovakia. Originally designed by Vichr & spol. in the 1930s and later manufactured by Kovona in the 1950s. This piece is a fine example of residential furniture from the Bauhaus era in Central Europe.
Crafted from oak wood with chromed tubular accents, the wardrobe remains in very good vintage condition. The chrome is well preserved, the structure is sturdy and without damage. Only the clothes rod shows a slight bend, which does not affect usability. The piece is ready for immediate use.
