These shell lounge chairs are an interesting example of Czechoslovak mid-century furniture design. They were designed by Miroslav Navratil. Associated with the "Brussels period" and world-renowned EXPO 58. The chairs has a laminated construction and wooden legs. An upholstery is in its original condition an it shows signs of age and use due to some faded surfaces and minor upholstery defects. The chairs are overall in good Vintage condition.
