A classic mid-century Model U453 sideboard designed by Jiří Jiroutek for Interier Praha, featuring a compact rectangular form, contrasting dark and grey tones, and carefully proportioned storage compartments. Its restrained geometry and combination of wood and veneer reflect the distinctive functionalist character of Czech mid-century furniture.
The Model U453 was designed in the mid-20th century and produced by Interier Praha during the following decades. The compact dimensions make it suitable for a living room, dining area, hallway, or office, while the understated design allows it to work well in both vintage and contemporary interiors. Main product photo background has been edited using AI.
The sideboard is constructed from wood and veneer with oak elements. Very good restored vintage condition with minor signs of age and use. The wooden surfaces and drawer fronts show some scratches, scuffs, and small marks consistent with age. The sideboard has been completely restored.
