Art Deco bed with two night stands integrated into the headboard, Designed by Jindrich Halabala, manufactured by UP Závody. Veneered and partly lacquered in black, Czechoslovakia, around 1940 . The broad headpiece has been accentuated by black lacquering along the edges which are rounded in the corners. Two night stands are integrated into the headpiece and take up with the simple elegant design. The reduced design of the headboard is repeated at the foot element which is set on a black lacquered base and reveals decoratively curved side contours. The bed is in good condition considering its age. The veneered surfaces show a number of scattered abrasions. The lacquered parts are slightly rubbed and reveal faint scratches and a few marks. Are also available the original iron racks
