This robust sofa was made in the 1930s in Bohemia. Couch has several storage compartments including a pull-out drawer, shelf space for jewelry, glove compartment. It is made of solid wood with walnut veneer. It is in preserved original condition, including the original mattresses. Wood is undamaged. It comes from a functionalist villa in Karlovy Vary. It is interesting example of Czech pre-war design, which at that time belonged to the best in Europe.
