This set of dining chairs was made by Thonet in the former Czechoslovakia in the 1950´s. It is interesting that the chairs are marked with both Thonet (by embossing of the brand under the seats), as well as TON. Which probably meant that the chairs were originally made by THONET and then TON took over the production as the successor to THONET in the former Czechoslovakia in the 1950s. Chairs are structurally perfectly fine. The surface bears signs of age and wear. Price is for the set of four.
