Chest of Drawers by Bohumil Landsman for Jitona, Czechoslovakia, 1960s
Code: 11383

Product detailed description
We offer an elegant chest of drawers from the 1960s, designed by Bohumil Landsman, a designer associated with the Czech furniture manufacturer Jitona. This piece exemplifies postwar Czechoslovak modernism — clean, compact form on angled legs, stripped of decoration, focused on function and form.
The chest features four drawers with integrated groove pulls and a richly grained wood veneer in warm tones. The sculpted edges on the sides add a light, dynamic quality to the design.
It is in very good original condition, with well-preserved surfaces and only minor signs of age.
