Tubular massive writing desk from the 1930s from the Bauhaus period. It was designed by legendary Jindrich Halabala for the ÚP Závody Brno. A typical example of European functionalism and the works of leading designers of this period such as Marcel Breuer, Jindrich Halabala, Mart Stam etc. Chromium steel construction, veneered with walnut veneer. There are currently not many of these pieces on the market today. The table is completely refurbished, polished to high gloss using polyurethane.
