Pair of Armchairs H-227 Jindřich Halabala Upholstered 1930s Europe

This pair of armchairs model H-227 was designed by Jindřich Halabala in the early 1930s and produced by UP závody Rousínov. The design reflects Halabala’s characteristic approach to modern seating, combining sculptural wooden armrests with balanced proportions and clear functional intent typical of interwar modernism.

The armchairs are constructed from wood and have been professionally restored. They are newly upholstered in textile, with refreshed padding and carefully finished wooden elements. The renovation was carried out with respect for the original form, preserving the design while ensuring comfort and usability.

The pair is offered together and is suitable for both everyday use and curated interiors. Their compact yet expressive shape makes them ideal for living rooms, reading corners, or design-focused spaces. Price is for the pair.
