A set of mid century dining chairs by Antonin Suman. It is a seldom seen type of chairs produced by this Czechoslovak designer. It was produced in 1963. Material: fabric, bent plywood, ash wood veneer. It´s a typical example of Czechoslovak design after the huge success of the Czechoslovak pavilion at Expo 58 in Brussels. The wooden structure and upholstery are in their original condition. This chairs remains fully functional, but it shows sign of age through scuffs, faded finishes or some upholstery defects. Overall in good Vintage condition.
