Fully renovated ART DECO sofa, 1930s, Czechoslovakia

This ART DECO style sofa was designed and made in the 1930´s in the former Czechoslovakia. It was most likely made by Lísen company. It features a very interesting design similar to the shape of a boat. This simple design fits into the context of the design creation in Czechoslovakia between 1930´s-1950´s. It features a walnut veneer that has been fully renovated. The mattresses were reupholstered with a new but period fabric in the style of the time, we kept the original mattress fillings including the springs. The sofa is in almost excellent condition.   Height: 70 cm lenght: 196 cm depth: 96 cm Seat height:  46 cm
