Set of Blue Glass Vases, 1970s, Czechoslovakia
This set of three handmade glass vases was produced in the 1970s and is attributed to Exbor or Železný Brodské sklo, two noted Czechoslovak glassworks of the period. Their tall, narrow silhouettes and expressive applied elements reflect the artistic direction of Czech studio glass of the era.
Each vase is made entirely of glass in a deep blue tone, complemented by individually shaped applied “sticker” elements in contrasting colors. All three pieces are preserved in undamaged vintage condition, with clean surfaces and well-maintained contours.
The uniform height and variation of applied details make the set well suited for display as a group. Their handmade character highlights the skilled craftsmanship typical of these Czechoslovak glassmakers.
